Launch basics
What the platform gives you before your first product goes live.
How does the creator system work?
Creators sign up and build their own collection using our product creator and artwork design tools. Each creator gets a dedicated collection on the website, with all sales, products, and performance data tracked through a personal dashboard.
Do I need to buy stock upfront?
No. Products are made to order, so you can launch without buying inventory first. We produce, pack, and ship orders as they come in.

Products and revenue
How creators build ranges, earn from sales, and add new product types.
How do creators get paid?
Creators earn a percentage of each sale, with higher revenue share available on paid subscriptions. Revenue can be withdrawn on request or used on-site for checkout discounts. You also earn coins on every sale, which can be redeemed for additional discounts.
Can I customise my own products?
Yes. Creators can upload designs or generate new ones using our design tools. You can apply designs to products, edit titles and pricing, and manage everything directly from the creator dashboard.
What products can I sell?
We offer a wide range of print-on-demand products including hoodies, t-shirts, headwear, women's and kids' ranges, as well as phone cases, mugs, bottles, and more. New products are added regularly. If you see a product on our site, it can be added to your collection.

Fulfilment and channels
What happens after checkout, including shipping and connected stores.
How are orders fulfilled?
Once an order is placed, we handle printing, packaging, and shipping. Most UK orders are produced and delivered in around 3 to 5 working days, while complex custom items or busy periods can take longer before dispatch.
Can I connect my own store?
Yes. You can connect your Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Etsy store. Our integrations allow you to sync products and manage fulfilment through our system.
How long does shipping take?
UK delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Combined with production, most UK orders arrive in around 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation.
