Shipping Policy
This policy explains the shipping rates, production times, delivery estimates, and international delivery notes used for Good Game Apparel storefront orders.
Final shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Production and dispatch
Most storefront products are produced to order. Production usually takes 2 to 3 working days before dispatch.
Production may take longer during busy periods, for large orders, or where an order needs extra artwork, personalisation, stock, address, or fraud checks before it can be sent.
UK delivery
UK delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. This means most UK orders arrive in around 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation, once production and delivery are combined.
Standard UK shipping is GBP 3.99. UK orders containing only one phone case or one coaster ship for GBP 2.99.
EU and international delivery
We offer EU and international shipping where available at checkout. Standard EU shipping is GBP 9.99 and standard international shipping outside the UK and EU is GBP 19.99.
Where checkout shows a live shipping quote for a destination, the quoted checkout amount is the shipping charge for that order.
We cover import charges where possible, but we cannot guarantee that customers will not be charged duties, taxes, customs fees, carrier fees, or other import costs by local authorities or delivery providers.
Tracking, addresses, and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If an address appears incomplete or cannot be validated, we may contact the customer before dispatch.
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided through the order or shipping confirmation flow. If a parcel is delayed, damaged in transit, or appears lost, contact us with the order details so we can review the shipment.
