Acceptance and scope

These terms apply to visitors, customers, creators, merchants, and other users of our services. If you use the services on behalf of a company, brand, or merchant business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account unless caused by our own failure to secure the service.
• We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

Orders, pricing, and payments

• Product availability, specifications, and prices may change. An order is not accepted until we or the relevant platform confirm it.
• Checkout, payment processing, fulfilment, and related communications may involve third parties such as Shopify and Stripe.
• Taxes, shipping charges, customization details, and any additional order-specific terms shown during checkout form part of the transaction.
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may have additional limits or conditions communicated at checkout or through support.

Creator tools and merchant app services

• Creator dashboard and artwork tools are provided to help you prepare, manage, and grow your merchandise offering. You must use them only for lawful business or personal purposes.
• Merchants using our Shopify app remain responsible for their own store settings, customer relationships, consumer disclosures, pricing, taxes, and platform compliance.
• We may change, improve, limit, or remove creator or merchant features over time, including integrations, tooling limits, or supported publishing workflows.

Your content and intellectual property

• You keep ownership of the artwork, text, prompts, product names, and other content you submit, unless you agree otherwise separately.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, adapt, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate the service, generate previews, fulfil orders, store product assets, provide support, and maintain business records.
• You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload or use your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or break the law.
• Our branding, site design, software, workflows, and service materials remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

Acceptable use

You must not use the services to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or malicious content;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• interfere with site security, performance, or the experience of other users;
• misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship with a merchant or creator; or
• use the services in a way that exposes us, other users, or platform partners to legal or security risk.

Third-party services

Parts of the service rely on third-party providers and platforms, including Shopify, Stripe, SendGrid, Cloudinary, Discord, TikTok, Google advertising and analytics services, Cloudflare Turnstile, and creator-tool providers such as OpenAI. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

• We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will always remain available.
• To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, goodwill, revenue, or data.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the service if you breach these terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay charges due, or use the service in a way that could harm us, our users, or our platform partners.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction except where mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
